im in week six of the workout and its not really improving my jumping and i hate doing all the jumping exercises because i play basketball for the majority of the day and by then i do not want to jump anymore i just want to lift. also last year i could squat around 225 and i was hoping to improve that but it hasnt improved anywhere close to the gains i was making on a different program. so can i stop doing this and change it up or does it work and i should stick it out
