Do you agree that Grover Cleveland, Thomas Jefferson, and John Tyler were the only decent U.S. presidents?

I know about Jefferson since he was one of the founding fathers of the US. He believed in freedom but yet had slaves working for him and children by the women. He died bankrupt on the 4th of July.
