Why do people consistently overrate Pau Gasol?

They're probably Kobe haters and they want to make it seem like Pau is the Lakers MVP. But Pau is good though. He has good footwork and can hit jumpers. He can rebound well. His defense is pretty good, but not great. I'd take him on my team any day. I don't think there's a team that wouldn't want him.
