Emergency!! help please!!?

my boyfriend is having multiple nosebleeds and it happens randomly. he hit his head where it almost cracked and he didn't go to the hospital. at one point he woke up drenched in his own blood from the bleeding and swallowed alot to a point where he threw up blood. i tried to help and told him to pinch the soft part of his nose to where the bone is and to look slightly down but he bled more. any way i can help him? please help!
